4INFO and USA TODAY Expand Partnership

4INFO sports alerts products to be promoted on USA TODAY's Web and Mobile site

PALO ALTO, CA – October 18, 2006 – 4INFO, Inc., the leading mobile search and delivery service, and USA TODAY, the nation's top selling newspaper, today announced that they have expanded their current partnership beyond its current print promotion deal. Now 4INFO's sports alert products will also be promoted via USATODAY.com and the USATODAY.com Mobile site. To access the service, on the Web visit http://www.usatoday.com/sports and click on "Mobile NFL Alerts." On a mobile device, visit and bookmark USATODAY.com and click "Sports."

The increased distribution promotes a real-time NFL text message alert service for scores and player statistics that began with the start of the season. Users register for the service via USATODAY.com and can choose from team and/or player alerts. Upon registration, subscribers initiate a simple confirmation process that sends a text message to the registered mobile phone. Replying to the confirmation text message will activate the desired NFL alerts.

In addition, alert preferences can be continually managed throughout the season via an online interface which allows for the addition of several settings that can be toggled on and off, including alerts for score changes and player statistic changes, such as scoring, yardage gained, turnovers, injuries, and more.

"Due to the success that we've seen by promoting this partnership in print, based on feedback from USA TODAY's readers and our incredible month over month usage increases, it made sense to expand our reach to USATODAY.com and the USATODAY.com Mobile site," said Zaw Thet, CEO of 4INFO.
