4INFO Hires Amol Joshi as Senior Vice President of Business Operations

Telecom and Voice Services Pioneer Brings Expertise to Leading Mobile Search Company

PALO ALTO, Calif. - (April 20, 2006) - 4INFO, Inc., the leading mobile search service, today announced the hiring of Amol Joshi as Senior Vice President of Business Operations. Joshi, an industry expert on wireless and enhanced voice services, will be responsible for leading 4INFO's product management, engineering, and operations and will serve as a key member of the executive team.

Joshi joins 4INFO from AudioCodes, where he served as Vice President of the Media Server Business Line, directing the P&L management, marketing, business development and partnership activities for the global market share leader in media servers. Joshi previously was the VP of Marketing for BayPackets, a VoIP applications software and platforms company. Before joining BayPackets, Joshi was the Co-Founder and VP of Sales & Marketing at BeVocal, Inc., where he helped pioneer voice portals and voice -activated services with major telecom carriers. Joshi holds four patents for voice-related products and technologies. In 2004, Joshi was recognized by the East Bay Business Times as one of the "Top 40 Business Leaders Under 40" in the San Francisco Bay Area. He continues to maintain thought leadership in the industry as an invited speaker at numerous industry events and as a visiting executive teaching graduate courses and seminars at top business schools. Joshi received his MBA and a master's degree in engineering sciences from Dartmouth College. He was also a President's Scholar at Georgia Tech, where he received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and graduated with highest honors.
