4INFO Announces Mobile Web Search Service

Fast and Focused Wireless Application Protocol Service Adds to the Suite of Search Platforms on Mobile Devices

PALO ALTO, Calif. - August 2, 2005 - 4INFO, Inc., the leading mobile search service, today announced that it has launched its Mobile Web search service (http://wap.4INFO.net). Mobile Web is a simple search tool which provides users with a quick way to access information via Wireless Application Protocol (WAP), such as sports scores, flight times, weather, movie times and more. The launch of the service also includes the ability to get driving directions from yellow pages listings and wireless hotpot searches.

The Mobile Web service adds to 4INFO's existing suite of mobile search services, which include the ability to search via text message to 44636 or e-mail to search@4info.net. Users can now access WAP search at http://wap.4INFO.net on their mobile devices.

"The addition of a WAP portal to our SMS and e-mail services gives users another vehicle for finding information while on the go," said Ted Burns, director of product management, 4INFO, Inc. "Our sole intent is to quickly help users connect with the practical information they need."

4INFO's set of search services (SMS to 44636, email to search@4INFO.net and WAP through http://wap.4INFO.net) allow users to make information queries from their mobile devices. There is no extra charge for users to access 4INFO's products, beyond their carrier text messaging or data service charges.
