4INFO Announces Addition of Directory Listings to Mobile Web

Service Now Provides Directory of WAP-enabled Sites and Enhanced Search Assistance

PALO ALTO, Calif. - Aug. 19, 2005 - 4INFO, Inc., the leading mobile search service, announced today the addition of a Mobile Web directory to its Mobile Web search service. The directory augments 4INFO's search capabilities with a breadth of WAP sites that provide complementary information for mobile phone users.

The new directory service from 4INFO allows Mobile Web users to click directly to a listing of popular WAP sites at http://wap.4INFO.net. Categories in the directory include directions, entertainment, games, news, ringtones, shopping, sports, traffic, travel, weather and more. WAP sites such as ESPN, CNET, CNN, USA Today, eBay, Yahoo! and Froogle are listed in their respective categories.

The Mobile Web directory also uses enhanced search assistance to help users easily and quickly find what they are looking for. 4INFO will suggest categories in the directory where the user may be able to find the sought after information. This capability is similar to the one offered through 4INFO's (44636) text message search, where if there is an ambiguous query, search assistance will offer suggestions to receive more precise information.
